Produced by JANE HAWTIN, President of AMBERLIGHT PRODUCTIONS, ROAD SCHOLARS is back for a second season, as eight high school students, armed with digital cameras, capture the history and beauty of exotic locales while drawing viewers into their intimate stories.

Three teams of camera operator/producers track the teens from their local high schools to their amazing summer excursions, studying, partying and exploring the world.

In season two of ROAD SCHOLARS, our student/hosts were dispatched to unexpected and memorable adventures in Switzerland, Thailand, Wyoming, Ireland, France, Spain, Mexico and British Columbia.
